Software Developer

Requirements to software developers:

• Practical knowledge of at least one of the technologies used by us (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, LINQ, Silverlight, WPF, XAML)
• Experience of work in a team environment (SVN tool, TRAC, Microsoft TFS)
• Fluent English

Preference is given to those who can make a smart development (not just a coding). Experience years and good education are also preferable.

Web-Designer

Requirements to web-designers:

• Finished works (web-sites)
• Ability to perform a nice graphic design
• Knowledge of web technologies
• Fluent English

Preference is given to the candidates who can present their works (web-sites, illustrations, etc.)

Project Manager

Requirements to project managers:

• Experience in management by a team
• Good development skills
• Good analytical abilities
• Fluent English

Preference is given to those who have experience in managing by great projects. It is also a preference when development skills of the candidate in general are not worse than those of the programmers by whom he managed.
