Requirements
- BA/BS required and MS/MBA preferred, or similar from an accredited University.
- 7+ years of professional selling/management experience in technology/software sales.
- Strong & proven track record of successfully mentoring & coaching sales teams to
achieve their greatest potential.
- Experience growing a sales/inside sales team.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding and ability to train and communicate to sales team on the use
of Customer Centric/Solution Selling/SPIN sales techniques.
- Self driven, motivated, results oriented and customer focused.
